What type of lease term does PCA offer?

We typically require a 30 day minimum, but if we have the availability and a shorter stay is requested, we are happy to make that work.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, our properties are pet friendly! Some breed restrictions apply depending on the property. There is also a one-time non-refundable fee required of $400.00 and sales tax is applicable. There is a pet screening form that you must fill out here: https://primecorporate.petscreening.com/

What is included in the apartment?

All of your furniture, housewares, bedding and linens are set up and ready to go. We even take care of all your utilities, including gas, water, electricity, cable or streaming, and Wi-Fi.

Do you offer additional services?

Yes! We offer housekeeping for an additional price. Pricing varies depending on the size of the unit. We can do weekly, biweekly, monthly, and just a one-time clean. We also offer a la carte services like welcome packages, initial grocery delivery coordination and more.

Can I cancel my reservation if something comes up? 

You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival.

What time can I check-in to my unit?

You should receive arrival information from our system 5 days prior to your move-in date. Those arrivals indicate that you are able to check into your apartment by 4pm the day of arrival. 

Do you require a security deposit and/or a background/credit check?

We do not typically require a security deposit although we may request a credit card for incidentals. We do require a background check at most properties. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card transactions payments and certified bank checks! Certified bank checks must be sent/delivered to our office, one month prior to moving in. 

Is it possible to extend a booking if needed?

Yes, if your unit is still available, we would love to have you stay!

Can I tour any unit?

Yes, we can always schedule a tour as well as send images and floor plans upon request.
